Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack Review

Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack

Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack

I bought some Vaadi Herbals’ products recently just for review purposes. I had no real interest or inclination in buying them, but since each product came for less than Rs. 60, I bought two of them just to try. The one I am reviewing here is Vaadi Herbals Fruits Face Pack. This particular brand is showing its presence across all major e-shopping websites selling beauty products and I wanted to actually gauge the brand by using some basic products.

Vaadi Herbals

Fruit Face Pack

Description of the Product:

Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack contains extracts of apple, lemon, cucumber, Vitamin A & E, which prevents skin ageing and reduces under-eye circles.

Price:

Rs. 58 for 90 ml.

My Take on Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack:

The overall packaging is not so bad and is pretty okay for the price. The face pack comes in a compact tub, which is sealed with a silver foil which is very flimsy. Upon removing the foil, an unbearable stench hit my nose (an overdose of fruity scent) and when I saw the color, I knew this face pack’s fate was sealed and it will be lying in my cupboard until its expiry date.

tub

Just to see how it would work, I took some face pack containing an overdose of both smell and color and applied it as a thick layer as was directed on the pack. This pack comes in the category of face packs that dry up within seconds, but I kept it on for 10 minutes and then took it off with cold water.

Fruit Pack

With all face packs, there is some instant result that we see, but with this, even that didn’t happen, err…but, yeah, it did leave the skin a little bit dry, it worked that way.

Face pack

So, overall, this was a complete dud for me and I would not be using it again or maybe I could give it to the “jaalous” yet unsuspecting neighbor auntie who plucks flowers from our garden :snicker:

Summing up its pros and cons:

Pros of Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack:

• Good packaging.
• Low price.

Cons of Vaadi Herbals Fruit Face Pack:

• Has an overdose of fruity-bubblegummy flavour and I can only classify it as a “stench.”
• The artificial color added to the face pack is so damn, well, “artificial.”
• Does not serve any purpose, not even that instant glow that all face packs impart.
• Dries up the skin.

Will I Repurchase?

No.

Do I Recommend?

“No” if you are looking for a good face pack and “yes,” if you have that jaalous auntie in your neighborhood who plucks flowers from your garden in spite of warnings.
