Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Eau De Toilette and Nourishing Bath & Shower Cream

Hi Girls,

So, here I am writing my first review on Victoria’s Secret’ Range called Luscious Kisses. I have an “Eau de Toilette Spray” and a “Bath and Shower Cream,” which I got as gifts that were bought from Singapore. Both of these products have the same fragrance. The composition on the pack says, Valencia Orange, Coconut and Tonka Bean.

I’m someone who just can’t stand a strong scent, but this one here smells sweet and tropical.

At first, when I read coconut, I was like, man! this has got to be a waste, but as it turns out, it has a very small hint of coconut in it which goes well with the other fragrances in it.

Now, let’s go over them one by one.

For those of you who are wondering what is an Eau De Toilette Spray and if it is any different from perfume? (I didn’t know too and I googled it).

Eau De Toilette is a concentrated form of perfume, with less scent and more alcohol content. It is considered a weak perfume. The scent isn’t expected to linger as long as of a perfume. It can be applied to the skin directly. Also, it is cheaper

My Take on Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Eau De Toilette Spray:

I simply love it!!!!

Pros of Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Eau De Toilette Spray:

Firstly, it smells heavenly.
Even though as per the definition of an Eau De Toilette, it isn’t expected to stay long, it still does. I just spray it on once over my clothes and enjoy the sweet scent till the evening. I haven’t yet used it directly on my skin.
Comes in a cute bottle, seems very sturdy and is easy to carry (I haven’t dropped it yet, so don’t know if it is too strong or not ).

P.S.: I don’t really use it very often because I don’t want it to finish soon because it is too good.

Cons of Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Eau De Toilette Spray:

Except for the nonavailability in India, I can’t see any cons.

Packaging:

Comes in a pinkish glossy tube with a flip cap at the base. The cap wasn’t too strong and it broke off from the tube I can’t travel with it now.

Product Description:

Cleanse, soften and condition skin with nourishing ingredients from a Secret Garden, like Shea Butter and Oat extract.

Directions To Use:

Lather over body with Washcloth or sponge, or pour under warm bath water.

My Take on Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Nourishing Bath and Shower Gel:

I have already mentioned the awesome fragrance that this has. Now, for its job as a bath cream, it has a thick creamy texture being true to its name. It spreads on the body easily, doesn’t lather much, but after washing off, leaves skin smooth and soft.

Pros of Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Nourishing Bath and Shower Cream:

Leaves skin super soft and smooth.
Smells great and it lingers on for a while after the bath.
Only a small amount is required.

Cons of Victoria’s Secret Luscious Kisses Nourishing Bath and Shower Cream:

Packaging isn’t strong enough. Broken cap has made it impossible to carry along.
Not easily available in India.

Price:

Sadly, I could not find it out as it was a gift.

Rating:

I would rate both the products as 5/5 (don’t really mind the not-so-strong packaging of the bath cream as long as it does a great job on my skin).

I love Victoria’s Secret bath and body products but a HUGE con is the availability of pirated/fake products in the market – even in India :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: Its takes a real connoisseur of these products to tell the real ones from the fake ones, even I can’t – but very often it boils down to products on the official website vs products elsewhere :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa:

I can definitely see your lóccitane love – I still havent yet been to the mumbai store … my life is so crazy that all my free time goes in just bumming at home or hanging with friends – so shopping takes a back seat – SHOCKING ! no ?
