Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser Review

Face washes are an indispensable part of my skincare regime. Every nook and corner of my house if full of face washes. I tend to move on to another face wash even before I finish the previous one. I picked this face wash up from a nearby pharmacy only because it looked new. This is my first face wash from Vivel, let’s see how it worked for me!

Product Description:

Cell renew perfect pH is an ultra mild face cleanser designed to maintain skin pH which boosts the skin’s defence system against cell damage. Infused with nourishing vitamin E and soothing chamomile is an ultra-mild face cleanser designed to maintain skin pH which boosts the skin’s defence system against cell damage. Its balancing action deep cleanses without altering the skin pH. Ultra mild cleansing action does not strip off essential nutrients and moisture from skin.

Directions of Use:

Apply on wet face. Gently massage in circular motion with fingertips avoiding the eye-contour. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use twice daily.

My Experience with Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser:

Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser claimed to have one unique property that is, it balances the pH level of the skin according to the skin type. I assumed it perfect for my skin and up this cutie.

It comes in a pure white inverted tube which looks decent and sweet. It has a flip cap and is light in weight. Hence, would call it a travel-friendly one. The tube is quite big and therefore, the quantity is good enough for the price I paid. It contains some natural ingredients like Chamomile and Vitamin E which are considered very good for the skin. This face wash comes in a baby pink colored gel form and looks pleasant. The gel looks so pure that it made me quite confident that it won’t hurt my acne prone skin.

The gel has a very strong floral fragrance. Though, some people might find this scent pleasant, I do not like it one bit because it is very strong and stays on my face for nearly 2 hours. I loved the fragrance initially, but somehow it started to irritate my nose. The gel is very soothing to my face. It lathers up on my face very well and cleanses the skin within seconds. But, its lather looks very soap-like. It claims to be a soap free formula, but it dries up my face as much as a soap would.

But, it leaves my skin super clean and gives a boost of freshness. It also removes all the make-up residue from the face. It makes my skin look healthier and adds a little glow to my face. My skin feels softer and silkier than usual, after using this cleanser. It dries up the face a little, but that can be controlled by following up with a moisturiser.

It cleanses dirt very well from the face and leaves the skin feel fresh and radiant all day long. But, this does nothing more than that! I have not seen any long term effects. My skin looks more or less the same as it was 2 weeks ago. Hence, if your are on a tight budget and are looking for a gentle cleanser, this might work well for you. This is good to be called “An ordinary everyday face wash”, but nothing special!

Pros of Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser:

• Good quantity and convenient to use.
• Contains ingredients like Chamomile and Vitamin E which are good for the skin.
• Leaves the skin squeaky clean and removes traces of makeup too.
• Leaves my skin very fresh looking and bright.
• My skin feels really soft and silky all day long, post usage.

Cons of Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser:

• Has an overpowering floral fragrance that lingers for too long.
• Dries out my face a bit inspite of the non-dying formula.
• Although, it claims to be a soap-free cleanser, the lather was soapy.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Vivel Cell Renew Perfect pH Ultra Mild Face Cleanser?

I will recommend it to only oily skinned girls. As the summer is just around the corner and our skin will start depositing all the oil in the world, it will help by leaving skin super clean and fresh, all day long. And, dry skinned beauties, just stay away form it! It worked well for me, but I’ll stay away from it in future.

Conclusion:

Vivel is a very average brand, according to me. Go for this one only if you like to have squeaky clean skin, otherwise, we have pretty good face washes and cleansers available in the market.
