Back with the review of a day cream today; presenting before you VLCC De-Pigmentation Day Cream SPF 25. Read on to know how it performed.

VLCC presents this de-pigmentation day cream which will help you keep your skin nourished and moisturized. This day cream will help in removing impurities, thereby lending you a soft and supple skin. Ensuring conditioning of dry skin, this day cream is an ideal pick. It comes in a 50g pack.

Packaging:
The tub packaging is similar to most VLCC creams. I find it unhygienic, but otherwise, the white and light blue tub is easy to carry and travel-friendly. There is absolutely no chance of product leakage. The outer label bears the product details. The tub came enclosed in a white cardboard box which clearly mentions important information like ingredients and manufacturing details.

My Experience with VLCC De-Pigmentation Day Cream SPF 25:

This cream is pearly white in color, and extremely smooth in texture. In fact, it has a thick, buttery consistency which makes it easy to massage and absorb. I mainly get the day creams for my mother who has dry skin all round the year. So it’s imperative to use day creams which hydrate instead of looking oily.

The cream is non-greasy yet makes skin soft and supple. Once you apply and massage it into the skin, the cream disappears entirely and leaves my skin very soft. The softness lasts up to 10 hours on my skin and up to 6 hours on my mother’s skin. My sensitive skin, which generally is repulsive to creams and lotions, didn’t break out from this one. So, yay for sensitive and dry skinned ladies.

It helps in giving an even tone and just using this for 2 weeks shows a noticeable difference in skin tone. Dry patches and sun damage (slightly dark areas on the nose and cheeks) are considerably reduced.

This product definitely delivered so huge thumbs up for a cream which offers sun protection with hydration and even repairs previously incurred photo-damage. Though I don’t use day creams regularly, I find myself drawn towards this. People, who need a day cream, give this a shot!
