I had got this W7 Aye Aye Captain Liquid Eyeliner in the shade Very Black a long time ago and feel that this brand really packs a punch for the price. Read on to know the details.

My Experience with W7 Aye Aye Captain Liquid Eyeliner Very Black:
A black eyeliner is a must and you can never have enough of them. This W7 liner has a moderately thick texture and isn’t very clumpy or runny, unlike some other eyeliners I have used. It is smudge proof and dries in a few seconds. I feel the consistency plays a major role in any eyeliner and this formula is great unless you are looking for a water resistant one.
The applicator is slanted felt tip kind, which is not uncomfortable to work with. You can master the art of precise liner application using this. In fact, I feel I am able to draw my cat eye flicks very effectively with this one, albeit that depends on your skill and expertise. It sits comfortably on my oily and unprimed eyelids for around 6-7 hours with negligible fading.
The color payoff is also great. It delivers a deep black color in one stroke, which soon settles into a matte finish. However, there is a slightly metallic shine, which is welcome from my end. Not the deepest jet black, but a great black color for regular use.
The deal breaker for some might be the fact that it isn’t water resistant. It disintegrates upon coming in contact with water. One splash of water might not make any difference, but soon after there are creasing and flaking. In fact, parts of the perfect winged liner get completely ruined. I am loving this eyeliner and would surely get it again if W7 tweaks the formula to make it waterproof.
