My Experience with Watsons Cucumber Melon Exfoliating Body Scrub:
The scrub comes in an easy squeeze tube. The tube is transparent and that helps to keep a watch on the amount of product left inside. I like the tube packaging more than tub packaging. The tube has beautiful spa green and yellow detailing that looks quite attractive. This clear tube is filled with light greenish-colored liquid. The tube shuts tightly with a clear flip top cap, but being too bulky, the tube is not fit for carrying around.
The body scrub has a strong and refreshing melon fragrance. The smell is so fresh and it instantly revives the senses. The fragrance is not too strong and it does not bother my nose. I love all such fruity fragrances, so I totally enjoy its smell. The fragrance fades away quickly after I leave my bathroom. So, I am quite disappointed with it. I wish the smell lingered for some more time.
The consistency of the body scrub is thick and it does not spill off easily. This makes it easy to work on the body nicely. The scrub has medium-sized exfoliating beads. These exfoliating beads are neither too big nor too small. They provide perfect exfoliation to the skin without being too abrasive. It feels a little bit abrasive on my sensitive skin but the creaminess of the formula counteracts that and is good for sensitive skin too. It nicely exfoliates my skin.
It does not irritate skin. The scrub gently exfoliates the skin without being harsh. It effectively removes all dead cells and leaves skin revived. The pleasant fragrance of the scrub makes the whole process refreshing. It makes my skin soft and smooth, but it is not effective in removing stubborn blackheads. The scrub is very easy to wash off and does not dry out my skin. It is a great option for summers but for the harsh winters it is important to moisturize the skin as it might dry out the skin a little.
