Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker Review

Hello everyone!

Today, I will be reviewing another eyeliner pen that I got out of its sheer desperation, as the previous one was a disappointment. Let’s see how this fared.

Price: 413 INR for 1g

Product Claims: This long wearing, fast-drying liner offers all the benefits of a liquid liner in the convenience of a pen. Features a fine, soft felt-tip that glides on easily to create fine or bold lines for subtle or dramatic results.

My Experience With Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker:

The packaging is pretty much flimsy, but for the price I really don’t complain. The cap fits tightly in place, and there are no worries about it getting open inside bags. The tip is pretty much flexible and not rigid.

This too, like the Sleek Flick it liner, was all dried up when I opened it. I was so desperate over this eyeliner as that one failed, only to be brought down once again. The tip was totally dry, and flakes started to fall out from it. It refused to spill out any liquid. I added a few drops of eye drops and kept it vertical for a few hours. Then I opened it and finally something showed up!

The pigmentation is also very poor. It is totally opposite to the name. It is hardly black, and on my eyes it looks brown. This pen had so many good reviews, which was the reason I picked it. It is also not smudge-proof or water-proof, one rub on the eye and it fades. I wonder if it is my fault, or is it a defective piece?!

Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker Packaging

I just don’t know what’s with my luck; I end up with all the dried out pens! I got it at a pretty good discount, so that’s the only good part about it. It refuses to spill out any color, the tip dries out too quickly, it is not smudge-proof or water-proof and lastly pigmentation is not that great. With that note I can end my review.

Pros of Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker:

• Travel-friendly packaging.
• Decently priced.
• Felt tip is flexible, easy to work with.

Cons of Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker:

• The tip was completely dry when I opened it.
• It refuses to spill out any color.
• Pigmentation is not great. Hardly black.
• Neither smudge-proof nor water-proof.
• Packaging feels somewhat flimsy.

IMBB Rating: 1/5

Would I Recommend/Re-Purchase Wet N Wild Blackest Black Mega Eyes Defining Marker?
Hell no! Even though it comes with a decent price tag, I don’t think it is good enough to be given a try. This one was a complete fail for me.
