Wet n Wild Color Icon Charcoal Brow and Eye Liner Review

Hello IMBBians!

How have you all been doing? So, recently I hauled a lot of cosmetics and I just had an amazing time in just opening the seal and swatching them. 😀 I was lacking on eyeliners, so I decided to fill my stash, even though I am not an avid eye makeup person. Today’s review is a brow and eyeliner pencil from Wet n wild in the shade Charcoal. Let’s find out more about it.

My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Charcoal Brow and Eye Liner:

I have heard so much about Wet n Wild, and I always regretted that they were unavailable in India. When I got a chance, I hauled a lot of stuff from the brand. 😀

The pencil is very long; much longer than usual eye pencils. It is a wooden pencil in the sharpenable form. The cap fits snugly and it is quite travel-friendly. The quantity provided is pretty huge for the price, and I bet they’d last forever with me. I do not mind sharpening them, because the quantity is great and also it keeps bacteria at bay.

Charcoal is a lovely brownish-black shade that has medium pigmentation. The color can be built with multiple swipes. For a toned down black, it looks perfect. The texture is super soft and it glides on the eyelids with ease. But, one needs to be super careful because the tip tends to break.

I am pretty much pleased with the lasting power too. It just stays put until you wipe it off with a remover after you call it a day. But, it does start fading after 3+ hours. I even rubbed my eyes for a bit in a state of absent-mindedness while wearing this, but it stayed intact! It also survives under the influence of water once it sets. But it does not draw on the waterline which is a pity since that’s my most favorite place to line my eyes. As a brow liner, I feel it will be dark on me as I have sparse brows. It’d work great for filling in the gaps for beauties with thick brows. This is a steal for the price, quantity and the quality.

This shade will be apt for people seeking a toned down black with brown tones, but If you’re seeking that ‘intense’ black liner, this can be skipped. It’s definitely worth the buy!
