My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Dark Brown Brow and Eyeliner:
The pencil is long, I mean really long like your classic writing pencils. I love the wooden look and feel, I love to sharpen it and keep it crisp. The pencil never breaks or crumbles on me. The color is a deep brown, on the warm side. The color is not grey or black toned. The pencil is smooth enough, but remember, it is not buttery.
If you are expecting a thick layer of color payoff, then you will not get it. This gives you a smooth uniform color payoff, without any cakey feel, unlike your kohl pencils. The pencil does not set remember, this needs to be set with a powder or else, you can also smudge it out to create a smokey look. The pencil is truly versatile, you could fill your lid and use this as a base to another brown shadow.
You could line your lash line and your waterline with this, it never looks stark or very bold for the day. This is so subtle for college or office, and for beginners alike.
If you are okay to set it with a powder, then this is a great pick at the cost. But if you do not, then this will transfer on the lid above in two hours for oily lids. With a powder on top, this would last you 4-5 hours.
