I have already reviewed the Wet n Wild Color Icon Brow and Eyeliner in the shade Dark Brown. It works for me as a brow and eyeliner. This is super cheap so you could buy them all if you also want to create a base for your eye makeup.

My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Kohl Liner Pencil – Pretty in Mink:
This comes in a pencil form and these have a color coded body. It has a smooth finish to it, but it does not feel thick or cakey like your Colorbar i-glide pencils. This pencil feels like your second skin as you hardly feel anything layered on. The color payoff is nice enough; this can be layered on for depth. The pencil is not super creamy, it is just fine. It can be sharpened very easily and never crumbles.
For my oily lids, I need to set it with a brown eyeshadow, and then it lasts for 4 hours easily. If you have dry eyelids, you can wear this without any worry. For me, it starts to transfer on the top lids after 3 hours. This can also be used as a base for eyeshadows.
The shade Pretty in Mink is more of a grey-toned brown when compared to the dark brown shade I had reviewed already. So yes, both the colors are different indeed. This has more of a taupe-grey feel to it; the dark brown has a chocolate brown tint to it. Nevertheless, both are great for day and office wear. You could also wear this if you don’t like the look of a stark black kohl and liner. As a kohl, this doesn’t show up much but, it gives a smokey look to the lower lashline.
Yes, this can be used to fill your brows, but this does not look matte, neither does it set. So, there are chances that this will slip out of your brows soon.
