Wet n Wild Envy Idol Eyes Cream Shadow Pencil Review

I am not much of an eye-makeup person as I have sensitive eyes. But on certain festive occasions, I’d like to don some eye-makeup. I got this eye shadow pencil along with other WnW products that I have reviewed already. So let’s jump to the review.

It has a silky smooth formula that delivers good color payoff that reflects light well. Designed like a jumbo-sized crayon, you can glide it over your lids without much effort. My experience with Wet n Wild Envy Idol Eyes Cream Shadow Pencil :

I like the chubby little pencil. Too cute to look at and handle. The pencils have color-coded bodies so it becomes easier to identify in a stash. The plastic cap of the pencil is not at all flimsy and fits well.
Envy is a cool green that almost looks like a khaki green from outside. It has fine silver and green shimmers in it. The texture is super smooth and glides like dream; no question of tugging or pulling. It is averagely pigmented, they promise sheer coverage – so it’s fine. Color pay-off is good and can be built. It blends easily too. It is perfect for this season and goes well with summery outfits. I am not skilled when it comes to eye-makeup and I find it a lot of effort. But this pencil made it really easy for me. I tested it by applying it with my fingertips and boy I loved the result! It works really well if you’re in a rush and there isn’t much time to fish out the brushes (that’s me!).

Wear time is pretty okay; around 3 hours. I did notice some fallout, but the color stayed. I think it can be controlled with a good primer. So I am pretty much in love with this and I look forward to purchase more from WnW .

I am wearing envy on the lid and ‘sugar’ at the inner corners and brow bone for the highlight.
