My Experience with Yves Rocher Lavandin Blackberry – Relaxing Body Lotion:
The body lotion has a major component from plant extract, making it a botanical product. Please note it is not organic. I was under the impression that Yves Rocher is an organic product but I was wrong. I wish it was. They also test on animals.
The body lotion comes in a small round plastic container with a flap lid. The packaging is very sturdy. The flap lid sometimes get little tough to open as its little tight. It can easily damage the nails. But its travel safe, since there is no chance that, the flap would open automatically . The bottle is also transparent, making it easy to know the amount of product left during the duration of usage. The consistency of the product is creamy. It is lavander in color. I use twice the walnut size for my entire body. The lotion spreads very easily on the skin and gets absorbed very quickly. The skin feels satiny during application. The product leaves the skin extremely soft and silky.
The product contains Lavandin. Lavandin is another variety of lavender, which is less well-known but still produces a high-quality essential oil and that’s lavandin
It’s well known that, Lavender is very relaxing and refreshing. Same is the case with Lavandin. I love the Lavender so much, that it was the first plant I choose for our house garden. The body lotion also smells heavenly, with its natural and gentle scent. It does not leave the skin oily. I feel it is best for spring. Using the product feels very soothing and relaxing mainly due to the fragrance.
The product also contains organic Shea butter, which is perfect for nourishing dry skin. The aloe vera present in the product cares for the sun burnt skin.
Overall, it’s a very nice product with heavenly fragrance. It is worth noticing that the product is paraben free and also free of mineral oils.
