My Experience with Zoya Professional Nail Lacquer – Brigitte, Normani and Caitlin:

Packaging:  Zoya nail polishes come in a standard sturdy glass bottle with a black cap. The packaging is quite jazz-free and comes across as very minimalistic, but it is quite effective.

Brush Applicator: The brush is good and picks up a good quantity of the nail polish. The application is easy and smooth too.

Drying Power: The nail polish dries pretty quickly, even two coats dry out fast.

Staying Power:  The staying power of these nail polishes is very good and the polish easily stays on my nails for 4-5 days before it starts fading.

Now, for some detailed review of each of the colors:

1. Brigitte:  Zoya describes Brigitte as a full-coverage, bombshell mauve cream.  Now, the word bombshell for me has very s*xy connotations, but Brigitte is nowhere near s*xy. On the contrary, it is a very sweet, coy, demure color. It is a dusty rosy mauve. It looks quite flattering and gives a feel of well-manicured classy hands. It is very apt for daily office wear or other occasions where a muted nail polish is typically the norm. It is a color which will suit all and will most likely be loved by all.  It has decent pigmentation, but I would recommend 2 coats for a more finished look.

2. Normani:  Zoya describes Normani as a full-coverage, sable mauve cream.  I would describe Normani as a taupe with a mauve undertone. The mauve just about pulls the shade back from becoming too dark or muddy. It is a super flattering shade and I am sure will look good on all skin tones. Despite being a dark color, it does not look too bright on the hands and can be easily worn to office. It is a kind of shade which will look beautiful with all those sweaters in winters.  You can do with one coat, but I apply 2 coats to even it out.

3. Caitlin:  Zoya describes Caitlin as a smoky purple-tinged medium gray with smooth, opaque crème finish.  Sultry, mysterious and impossibly chic, a shade that will have everyone intrigued.  I would call Caitlin as a blue-tinged gray instead of a purple-tinged gray as Zoya calls it. It is almost a periwinkle blue with grey undertones and I am absolutely in love with this color. Even though I like all those lovely light blue pastels for Spring/Summer, I hate that they invariably end up making my hands look darker. I find that Caitlin has a lovely alternative. It is not pastel but it does have a flirty, fun, spring feel to it. Anyone who is on the lookout for a blue-grey crème finish nail polish, your hunt ends here!  Again, you can do with one coat, but I typically apply two coats.
