Hey Lovely Girls,
These days I am very busy in my sister’s wedding. I have to go for shopping, bookings, etc. I was free yesterday and I spent some time to find good tips for my sister to get herself ready for her wedding and I have shortlisted few of them which are really important to bring your inner beauty out on your special day.
1. Get the Brighter Smile
Even with regular brushing and maintaining good oral health we tend to have yellow stains on our teeth it maybe because of the turmeric or something.
The solution is use teeth whitening toothpaste. Alternatively you can also mix a pinch of Baking soda and 3-4 lemon juice drops in your regular toothpaste and clean your teeth with that.
Lemon and baking soda both are the natural bleaching agents which would remove the yellow stains and gives dazzling white smile.
2. Don’t Try Anything New
Don’t try any new product or any new stuff like brow wax, fore head wax or even bikini wax at least before 1 month of the wedding. Because of the simple fact that you don’t know that it may cause any skin allergy and can lead to a big problem. Stick to the regular products, cosmetics and beauty regimen that you follow.
As bikini wax is important you can simply get it done 2-3 months before wedding to make sure that it does react or not. If it doesn’t react to your skin you can get it done few weeks before the marriage day.
3. Green Tea
Change the intake of coffee, tea with the green tea because green tea have millions of benefits two of them are glowing skin and shiny hair. This is all you need on the special day.
Green tea also helps to reduce weight and maintain good figure.
If you have breakouts, acne, freckles or any skin problem go to a good dermatologist and get it fix. But do this at least 3 months before the wedding so that if the treatment reacts you have enough time to cover it.
5. Stay Hydrated
Water is essential to maintain the optimum skin moisture and deliver essential nutrients to the skin cells. It replenishes the skin tissue and increases its elasticity. This helps to have young, beautiful, glowing healthy skin.
6. Concentrate on Hair
In Indian wedding most of the hair part is covered with “dupatta” but, in engagement or maybe reception hair is not covered and have to look beautiful and healthy.
Buy good hair masks from market and apply them on every Sundays for three months.
Do oiling at least twice a week. Follow the shampoo and condition regimen.
7. Strict Skin Care Regimen
Yes girls, if you want to get healthy and beautiful skin you have to stick to a religious skin care regimen. Have the facials once every 15 days. Cleanse and moisturize every night before going to bed.
8. Get in Shape
You have to get your body in shape. If you are overweight and need to lose you can do morning exercise, yoga, aerobics.
If you are very thin and need to gain weight perform the exercises accordingly. Take protein and fat supplements, Eat healthy, join gym.
9. Go Natural
Taking good care of your hair and skin is important. But, instead of going for synthetic masks, facials, cleansers go for the natural ones. The natural ingredients are safe and are more effective. Go for DIY facial, DIY Deep conditioner. Trust me girls you can never go with the natural ingredients.
Wedding is obviously the shopping time. The bride doesn’t get enough time to rest. But girls, poor sleep can lead to increased stress hormones in the body that increase the severity of inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, baggy eyes, dark circles etc. All the hard work that you would do would get wasted just because the lack of sleep. So take enough rest. Sleep at least for 8 hours in a day.
