10 Ways to Feel Energized All Day Long

Are you the one who constantly has a feeling of tiredness, drowsy and weakness throughout the day??? Well, trust me this is the issue which majority of us girls are facing. We have faced this issue for an extremely long time in our life and I felt that there was no way out of it.

But one day I visited a family friend cum nutritionist who suggested me following tips to feel energized all day long;

1. Get a good sleep:

First and foremost, thing is to begin your day perfectly. And in order to begin your day perfectly; your night should be good. So, make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night in a dark room. A sleep is comfortable and peaceful in a dark and silent room.

2. Wake up early:

You can’t begin your day by rushing in the morning. So, keep some time in hand and wake up early. Put 1-2 alarm in advance and keep at least 15-30 minutes in your hand in the morning.

A positive start to your day is extremely important. And feeling drowsy and dull can be because of lack of exercise. So, be ready to start your day fresh by shedding some sweat and burning calories.

4. Hydrate yourself well:

Being on your toes is not only by healthy eating but by staying hydrated too. So, don’t skip liquid and most importantly water. This will keep your body hydrated and light at the same time.

5. Eat seasonal fruits:

In most of the cases, it is observed that lack of nutrition makes you unhealthy and weak. And there is nothing better than seasonal fruits for your daily intake. They have very high portion of nutrients and will be extremely beneficial if you consume one on a daily basis.

6. Limit your rice intake:

Rice is something which will make you clumsy and lazy. So, limit rice intake. Instead have chapatti in the afternoon and rice at night.

7. Have salads:

Salads are extremely healthy and high in water content. This will not only induce your hunger for the meal but also maintain a good water and nutritional balance in your body. And salads are light so it will keep you on your toes all day.

8. Meditate:

When you are not energized and feeling all dull, tired and weak then you must try to mediate. This will improve your concentration power and thus helping you immensely in staying at your tip toes all day long.

9. Listen to Music:

There can be days when you are feeling all disinterested, dull and tired. So, without trying any more to feel better, put on your headphones and listen to your favorite genre of music.

Even after all the above tips, you might feel weak and drowsy by the end of the day. So, what to do?? Go for some stretching exercises. This will keep you agile and active throughout the day.

The above tips and tricks will surely help you if you want to feel all energized, healthy, fit and excited all day long. The tips are highly variable and can vary from person to person. But in most of the cases these tricks are scientifically proven to work.
