Eyeshadow Primer:

Invest in a shadow primer, UDPP or Too faces or the Mac ones, you could buy a simple one as Jordana or the Bh cosmetics one, these work fine as they set from a creme to a dry finish making your lids a perfect canvas for the color to show up and stick to, so it comes out darker.

Wet brush:

WE see many baked products dont look too well, but use them with a wet brush, or else use your regular shadows with a damp brush so the color comes out at least twice as dark, the fall out is lesser and then the shadow also lasts longer.

Cream Liner:

All your colored or black cream liners will come in handy, line your eyes roughly and then quickly smudge it with ring finger and a brush, this will dry up and give you an amazing darker base, and will last forever, also you could use corresponding colors.
