The most awaited event of the year, The 70th Cannes Film Festival, is here and will continue till 28th May. On the first day of the event, every diva put her best foot forward and gave us some memorable fashion and beauty looks. So, here is a list of 22 best looks from the event.

Our Indian diva Deepika Padukone walked the Cannes red carpet for the first time as a L’oreal ambassador and she looked so beautiful. In the morning, she pulled a red floral printed dress with a classy teal blue dramatic winged eye makeup. But, she stole the show during the night event. I loved the way how beautifully she carried this gorgeous purple sheer dress by Marchesa. She paired the dress with gorgeous burgundy lips. This beautiful lady always looks stunning and this year she rocked the red carpet in an Alexandre Vauthier super sexy dress. I love her beautiful, toned body, which complemented the dress perfectly. She nailed it! Her natural-looking dewy makeup and blue statement jewellery enhanced her overall outfit.

This beauty wore a gorgeous satin thigh-high slit gown by Simonabieri on the red carpet. She paired it with the most attractive statement jewellery, which actually helped her get a lot of attention.
