I am back with another review and this time it is from the brand 3 Concept Eyes or 3CE. It is a 2-in-1 product, i.e. it can be used on lips and cheeks both. So, let us move on to check out how it fared.

Claims:
The 3 Concept Eyes Popo Powdery Lip And Cheek features a soft textured finish that provides a brightening color for the face. Free from the sticky feel of the other blushers, this product easily blends with the skin for a natural looking healthy finish.

How To Use:
As blush-on: Place a small amount of Powdery Lip and Cheek on your finger and get a more natural looking finish by dabbing a little bit of color over the foundation.

As lip tint: Place a small amount of Powdery Lip Cheek on your finger and apply it on the lips. Get the best effect by patting down the powder on the lips instead of dabbing it or rubbing it. Apply lip gloss for a shiny finish.

My Experience with 3 Concept Eyes Popo Powdery Lip And Cheek:

This is the first 2 in 1 product that I have used till date. The 3 Concept Eyes Popo Powdery Lip And Cheek comes with an outer packaging made of cardboard in pink and black color. Name of the company and product are written on the top and the shade is written on the side of the box. There is something written in Korean which I can’t make out. The immediate packaging of the product is a very cute, little glass jar which is semi-opaque and is a bit heavy. There is black colored screw cap on which the name of the company and product are written.

The texture of the 3 Concept Eyes Popo Powdery Lip And Cheek is very smooth. It blends like a dream. It has a pretty lavender pink color with cool undertones. It looks pink in the jar, but it is very difficult to make it appear the same in the swatches. When used on cheeks, it hardly shows on my yellowish toned skin. When used on lips, it just washes me out completely and looks horrendous on me. But, it can be used it on dark colored lipsticks or you can make a new color by mixing it. I have also used this as an eye shadow and I must say I am really impressed with it. It brightens up the color of the eye shadows and also make them last much longer even on oily eyelids.
