However, exfoliation is as important as toning and moisturising because it helps the outer layer of our skin to get rid of its old dead cells. If you think that your skin is too sensitive and reacts to the harsh exfoliators available in the market, try a simple paste of gram flour, lentil powder and orange peels mixed in some yoghurt. Massage it for 2-3 minutes on wet skin. This paste will make your skin glow from within and also remove skin tan.

And, this healthy fat won’t cause breakouts or acne. Even if you do not want to eat avocados directly, grind it and mix it with honey to make a face mask. Apply it to your face for ten to fifteen minutes and enjoy a refreshed face and supple skin thereafter.
