While eating food, we can make out that which food has more calories and which one is a healthier option. But, it is not the case with drinks. A drink can have so many hidden calories and can be really fattening and unhealthy for us. Today, I will share with you a few low calorie mocktail recipes that you will love to try any day.
Fruit Punch:

Ingredients:
- Lemonade or coconut water
- Orange juice
- Pineapple juice
- 1 sliced kiwi
- 1 cubed mango
- Crushed ice
Method:
Put them in a blender and blend, until a smoothie like texture is achieved. Serve chilled. This drink is really tasty and very easy to make.
Orange Pomegranate Green Tea:
Ingredients:
- Chilled green tea
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 lemon wedge
- Ice
Method:
You do not need a blender for this one. Just mix green tea with pomegranate juice. Then, pour orange juice on it. Garnish with lemon wedge.
Citrus Mint Drink:
Ingredients:
- Fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups water
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Method:
Make sugar syrup and pour over mint leaves in a bowl. Add orange peel, orange juice, and lemon juice. Blend them using a blender. Refrigerate it for few hours and serve chilled.
Beetroot Drink:
Ingredients:
- 1 beetroot roasted, chilled and peeled
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A piece of fresh ginger
Method:
Make a puree of beetroot and ginger in a blender. Add orange and lemon juice. Lastly, add ice on top.
Coconut Water Mocktail:
Ingredients:
- Coconut water
- Sliced apple
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon juice
- Ginger
Method:
Blend them together and serve chilled.
