5 Sinful Colors Nail Polishes – Cindrella, Sail La Vie, Easy Going, 24/7, Thimbleberry Review

A very lovely hello to all my beautiful friends,

I am again coming back after a few days. The delay was for a reason and the reason simply was that I wanted this post to be a nail color review and this was just for memory sake 😉 Okay, I will stop blabbering and will tell all of you the reason for the same. This is my 101st article. 😀 Woohooo!!! And my first post was the 3 The Body Shop Colour Crush Nail Polishes Review, so I wanted my 101st post too, to be of nail polishes as well. And last time there were 3, this time I have 5!! 😛

My Experience with 5 Sinful Colors Nail Polishes – Cindrella, Sail La Vie, Easy Going, 24/7, Thimbleberry:

Packaging: It comes in a round glass bottle with a round matte black cap. The bottle is big enough and has 15 ml of the product. The brush is pretty normal. Its not too big or small. Overall it is comfortable to use.

Let’s check out all the colors individually:

Cindrella: Sinful Colors describes this color as Pink and Gold Shimmer in Sky Blue. This shade is very light and a single coat just gives a bit of shine and sparkle to your nails. However 2 coats do give the color in the bottle. This shade does takes a bit longer as compared to others, to dry. Even after it appears dry, it is susceptible for nicks and cuts.

Sail La Vie:  Sinful Colors describes this shade as Dazzling Cornflower Blue. This is a very pretty blue color with cream finish. Sail la vie is a French word means sail life.

The color is very gorgeous and I think it can be worn anytime irrespective of whether it is summer or winter. But it comes very streaky in even 2 coats and with more than two coats it takes really looooong to dry and again the nicks and cuts. 🙁 You can see that in the swatches.

Easy Going: Sinful Colors describes this color as Chill, Pale Accent Pink. I wanted to try white nail color, but then I knew it would look very stark again my dark hands, so I wanted a milder version and found this. I really love this shade. It looks really good on my nails and is really and easy going shade.

It is creamy and the texture is thick as compared to other shades. It too becomes streaky with single coat. 2 coats are better but 3 coats look the best.

24/7:  Sinful Colors describes this color as pink that delivers 24/7.

This is very regular pink. It is not very bold shade, but quite subtle and really goes at any time or occasion. When I am in doubt, this is the shade I wear.

Thimbleberry: Sinful Colors describes this color as Cream Blast of Berry. I have not seen a thimbleberry, but the shade is my favorite of the lot. It is a coral orange with hints of pink.

It really perks up my mood and whenever I wear this shade, it grabs all the attention. It is creamy but even a single coat looks good.

Application and Staying power: All the shades need at least 2 coats to get a streak-free application except Thimbleberry and Cinderella.  Three coats give the best, streak-free finish. Single coat dries easily but 2 coats take a bit of time and 3 coats will take very long and 3 coats are susceptible to cuts and nicks even after they appear dry. Thimbleberry, out of all dries really quick.

The staying power is just okay. Thimbleberry and Easy Going have the best staying power of the lot. They stay for around 4 days with all the household chores and with a good top coat it stays for a couple days more. Rest all three shades stay just for 2-3 days without chipping or fading.

The shades don’t stain at all and gets removed easily with good quality.

I would definitely repurchase Easy going and Thimbleberry as these shades are awesome. But rest other shades are just okay and I would not be repurchasing those. 1. Wow bakul congraazz for century post 🙂 loved all colors on ur beautiful hands.. Though m always biased for anything blue & coral -orange for nails 🙂 but totally loving colorful bottles 🙂

    1. Thanks Priyanka 🙂 I loved the pink one too, but its not very exclusive shade. It is pretty common one so I’d pick Thimbleberry any day over it. 😀
