5 Tips to Deal with Anemia

Anemia is caused when the level of red blood cells and hemoglobin decreases in the body. Though, anemia is not treated as a fatal condition in the initial stages but, if ignored for a prolonged period it may lead to many health complications.

anemiaBeing an anemic myself I can definitely say that it is not a good condition to be in. No matter how insignificant anemia may look to you, then too it has its own negative aspect.

Causes of Anemia:

• Lack of red blood cell production: It may happen due to some hormonal changes, deficiency of vital nutrients in the body or illness etc.
• High rates of red blood cell destruction: Sickle cell anemia, hemolytic anemia, thalassemias etc are few conditions that create defects in the red blood cells that cause them to die faster.
• Blood loss: Conditions such as heavy menstrual period, bleeding in the digestive or urinary tract, surgery etc may cause the loss of enough red blood cells to cause anemia.

thnkx for dis post era.. i ll keep the tips in mind 😐 😐 😐

        1. Question:I suffer from anaemia and people have advised me to drink a brown beer a day. They say it will give me energy when I’m short of iron. What beer would you recommend?
          Maria
Answer: Beer does in fact contain iron. The amount of iron in beer varies from 0.07 to 0.15 milligram per glass. Pils and non-alcoholic beer contain only half the amount of iron that you would find in a dark beer such as Guinness. The human body contains some 4g to 5g of iron, and we never lose all that much of that. So a small daily top-up of 0.15 mg is usually enough. Cases of anaemia through iron deficiency can be helped by two lagers or a good Guinness-type stout beer a day. The best thing you can do is to talk it over with your doctor. He or she will surely have a better general understanding of your personal condition.
