How to use: Take a cup of sea salt and 2 cups of Epsom salt. Mix them together. Add some essential oil of your choice. Keep the mixture in an airtight container. You just have to add a quarter cup of bath salt in the warm water and soak yourself for at least 15 minutes.

Sea salt helps in eliminating dirt, grime, and oil from the skin very efficiently. It provides a good amount of moisture and restores the skin’s brightness while exfoliating the dead skin layer.

How to use: Take a cup full of sea salt. Add a half cup of sweet almond oil to the sea salt and mix well. The mixture you get should be thick. Add 2-3 capsules of vitamin E and give it a good mix. Now, you can add a few drops of your desired essential oil to it. Like, if you want a refreshing scent, you can use lemongrass oil. If you want a stimulating scrub, you can opt for rosemary essential oil and your scrub will be ready. Store the mixture in an airtight glass container.

How to use: Take a tablespoon of sea salt and a quarter teaspoon of Epsom salt. Mix them well with a cup of warm distilled water. Add lemongrass or bergamot essential oil for refreshing scent. Once it cools down, pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

How to use: Take a tablespoon of sea salt and mix it with a nominal quantity of warm water to dissolve the salt. Add two tablespoons of honey and a few drops of lemon juice to it.
