1. Mayonnaise

If you are on a diet and not eating mayonnaise at all, you can use it up for your hair. The olive oil and egg yolk are highly beneficial for the hair. Try to use homemade mayonnaise to avoid added chemicals including preservatives. If the smell bothers you, add some essential oil to makes that. Apply this all over the hair before shampooing. It helps to lock the moisture and color and gives the hair a smooth, satin finish.

2. Banana and Milk

You must have heard of hair masks enriched with milk protein. You can use milk in your DIY recipe to give your hair the same dose of protein. Banana softens any dry, damaged and frizzy hair. The milk strengthens and protects the hair. For the pack, mash a ripe banana in half a cup of milk and leave the mask in your hair for half an hour before washing it.
