Another quick, easy and effective way to get rid of the excess belly fats is opting for bicycle exercise. In order to get rid of the belly fat, you need to lie flat on the floor. Now lift your legs from the ground and start bending the knees. Now pull your left knee towards your chest with your right leg out. Start rotating your leg in this way and repeat this exercise with another leg as well. Repeat this 10-15 minutes in a day.

3. Reverse Crunches:

Reverse crunches are an effective way to lose belly fats easily. In order to do reverse crunches, you need to lie flat on the floor with your arms at your sides. Now cross your feet and start lifting them from the floor. Make sure the knee creates a 90-degree angle. Inhale when you lower the back and exhale while you contract. Do this 10-12 times regularly to get rid of the excess belly fat.

4. Twist Crunches:

Twist crunches are just like your regular crunches with a little modification. You should perform normal crunches like you do, but in twist crunches, you have to lift the right shoulder towards the left and keep your torso on the ground. In order to tighten your skin naturally and also reduce the belly fat, you should target to do twist crunches 2-3 sets in sets. Do this 10 times per set to cut down extra belly fats.

5. Lunge Twist:

Lunge twists not only help to reduce belly fats but also help to tighten your skin easily. It is an effective way to lose weight quickly. In order to do lunge twist, stand straight in a place. Now keep bending your knees slightly and start lifting your hands in front of you. Make sure your hands align the in front of the shoulder and keep them parallel. Now take a big step forward and sit down (just like how you sit in a chair). Make sure you keep your spine straight. Keep twisting your torso to the right and then to the left.

6. Bending Side To Side:

Bending side to side is another great workout that can help to reduce belly fat easily. In order to do this, stand straight on the ground with your feet joined together. Now keep your legs straight and stand to bend your body towards the right. Bend as much as you can. Wait until you start feeling the strain on the left side. Stay in the same position for 15 seconds. Return to the original position and do the same in the left direction.

  1. I have been doing reverse crunches for 200 timeas a day… Though I didn’t get any satisfactory result.. can u tell me wat could be the reason
