1. Apple cider vinegar:

We are all aware of the benefits of apple cider vinegar for skincare. Apparently, it is equally advantageous for thin hair. 2. Onion juice:

I must say, it is the easiest remedy for attaining healthy and gorgeous hair. Take an onion and blend it after peeling and chopping. Now, squeeze the juice out of this blend and apply it on your scalp. Let it stay on your hair for at least 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with a shampoo. You can do this twice in a week to get effective results in 2-3 months.

3. Potato juice:

The preparation and application of potato juice are exactly similar to that of onion juice. You just have to peel it, chop it, blend it and squeeze the juice. You can keep it on your scalp for at least 15 minutes and then wash it off with a suitable shampoo. Nutrients present in potato are also effective for severe hair thinning, which is also known as alopecia.

Surprisingly, a cup of warm green tea can be a saviour for thin hair. You can apply it on your scalp like an oil and then leave it for at least an hour. After that, rinse your hair with cold water. This method can show you noticeable results probably in the first three months itself.

5. Amla:

Popularly known as Indian gooseberry, amla has always been an effective remedy for hair fall. Take 2 teaspoons of amla juice and add some lime juice to it. The quantity of lime juice should be equal to that of amla juice. You can also use amla powder instead of the juice. After mixing it well, apply the mixture on your scalp. Once it dries, you can wash it off.
