9 Types of Men Women Should Never Date or Marry

“There are easier things in life than trying to find a nice guy…like nailing jelly to a tree for example”

If someday, during the autumn of my life, my grandchildren sit me down, and ask me if there is anything that I regretted not doing in my life, I would not hesitate in telling that I regretted not having an affair or relationship before marriage. The fact is that I was a boring science student who sat in the library going through massive genetics and microbiology textbooks to write notes. I used to sit and write notes with my other nerd friends (who by the way are research scientists working on gene technology and cloning) when my other college mates were bunking college to go for movies with their boyfriends (sigh). With me, I was so busy writing notes, I never had the time to go over them. 🙁 Soon after college, I got married and I never really had an affair. So, is that a loss, I guess, it is. So, how can a woman like me who didn’t even windowshop “properly” (means making eyes at men door se) write a post about types of men who are unfit to be given the boyfriend or husband tag. Maybe, I am unfit to write this kind of post, but I observe a lot and read a lot, and listen a lot, and at the risk of sounding pompous, I am quite knowledgeable, I know what happens around in the world, I know about politics, I know about current affairs, I know what happened in the past, what is happening now, and I observe people to understand their personalities. So, without beating much around the bush, I am putting down point by point, the list of men you should never even consider to go on a date. As soon as you see someone similar to these, press the “escape” button and RUN. I am giving you straightway examples of those to be avoided.

1. Rahul Mahajan

He is a kind of guy whom woman should not even touch with a barged pole. He has been accused of beating up his wives (two of them) and physically assaulting them. He is a skeeze who made a fool of himself on national television. He almost died after a drug overdose and is someone who seems to have minimum respect for women. What’s more, he laughs in a manner which is very similar to a donkey’s braying. So, if you come across someone like this man, what would you do but run.

2. Vivek Oberoi

What’s wrong with a guy like Vivek Oberoi, you may ask. Nothing, except the fact that he seems like a loser. After making a spectacle of himself after receiving 41 calls from Salman Khan, it seems he is a publicity monger and not one to fight it out on his own. Another important reason for him being on this list is that soon after the tsunami that hit the southern coastal regions of India, he had promised to adopt this district called “Nagapattinam.” He gave those distraught people hope and tried to gain publicity through huge media coverage. But the villagers are disappointed that neither did he adopt the village nor did he turn up once the media left. What is a man who does not keep his words, so watch out for guys like these and never get close to them.

3. George Clooney

His voice is so out of the world and he became like every girl’s dream man after the ER and Ocean series, but what makes this desirable man undesirable. Well, he is a commitment phobic and afraid of getting hooked. Most of the women feel secure in committed relationships. So if a man does not even have the courage to commit, is he still desirable?

4. Rahul Bose, actor

Rahul Bose is a pseudo-intellectual who not-so-long ago was invited by Barkha Dutts of the world to take part in discussions relating to politics and other socio-economical issues and he would blabber away to glory not making much sense. This was until he participated in this show called, “Khatron Ke Khiladi.” On the show, he appeared to be a pigeon-hearted guy who would send his female partner on the show to perform tasks and himself would wimpily stand behind. Not a knight in shining armor…….not at all.

5. Christiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid footballer

He recently had a secret baby with a surrogate mother, whose identity has been secretly guarded. He had a girlfriend Irina Shayk, who reportedly was also kept in the dark about the baby. Now, even with his drop-dead gorgeous looks, he is the type of man who should be avoided because he does not mind renting out a womb and not even crediting the woman involved for it. Not that everyone will find fault with it, but I do think it’s wrong. So, he is on the list.

6. Shekhar Suman, actor

This actor is someone who is in his 50s, but puts a lot of effort “trying” to look young. Looking at his numbed face, one can only guess how many face-lift operations he has gone through to stay young. There is nothing wrong in trying to look young, but the efforts shouldn’t backfire. Shekhar Suman wears these flowery girly kind of shirts, shows a lot of cleavage, and wears a lot of makeup. Now, why shouldn’t you date someone like Shekhar Suman, it’s because, he would embarrass you with his dressing, and he would “try” to look younger than you, and last but not the least, you would have to hide all your makeup from such a person.

7. Chris Brown and Raja Chowdhury

Both these men are from different parts of the world, but they have physically abused their spouses/partners. Chris Brown punched and battered his girlfriend Rihanna during a fight so much so that his knuckles were also bruised. Raja Choudhary is known to verbally and physically abuse his wife and girlfriends. There are multiple cases against him where he has physically abused woman. Women should never put up with men who indulge in any form of abuse whether it is physical, emotional, or verbal. It is not worth to love a man who uses his hands as a form of expression.

8. George Bernard Shaw

George Bernard Shaw (26 July 1856 – 2 November 1950)[1] was an Irish playwright and a co-founder of the London School of Economics, although his first profitable writing was music and literary criticism, in which capacity he wrote many highly articulate pieces of journalist (wikipedia). Even though this man received an oscar as well a nobel prize for his literary work Pygmalion, he was a notorious critic. He used to criticize everything and anything. Though he and his wife remained married to each other throughout their lives, he was highly critical of everything.

Some of his famous quotes on women are,
• Clever and attractive women do not want to vote; they are willing to let men govern as long as they govern men.
• First love is only a little foolishness and a lot of curiosity.
• Women upset everything. When you let them into your life, you find that the woman is driving at one thing and you’re driving at another.
• It is assumed that the woman must wait motionless until she is wooed. That is how the spider waits for the fly.
• It is a woman’s business to get married as soon as possible, and a man’s to keep unmarried as long as he can.
• Woman’s dearest delight is to wound Man’s self-conceit, though Man’s dearest delight is to gratify hers.

9. Shoaib Mallik

Shoaib Malik is the kind of a dumb guy who got married to a girl over the phone, then pestered her to lose weight, and dumped her when she didn’t, then he chose to marry a second girl from the same city without getting a formal divorce from the first one, and then said he was not married to the first girl, then claimed the first girl isn’t the girl he had married over the phone, then claimed he was fooled by the first girl into marrying because he was only 21, and then at last had to get everyone involved to dissolve his first marriage. Phew, that was a lot of dumbness rolled into one man and no woman would want to date that kind of guy.

    hilarious!

    1. I really wonder why sania married him. but you know people are totally different on personal level and two individuals dont get married just like that. They connect at some level and have similarities. May be sania is that weird quotient somewhere. :yelo: :yelo:

  10. This was a lot of fun to read Jomol! I’m just iterating what a lot of people have already said- you should author a book/comic strip. I’ve seen my share of bad horrible pics of Vivek Oberoi but he looks inexplicable here :pig: And who is raja chaudhary? Is it the guy sweta tiwari was married to earlier?

  11. jomol…. i dont like anyone of them either….raja chau i just read the news that he has assaulted his ex wife….i think shekhar is trying to compete with his son and rahul mahajan brays !!!! but like the universal truth…women are emotional fools and they fall for all the bad boys

HOw Sania choose such an asshole is a mystery to me!!!!!!

  14. superb article jomol..love ya.. after reading this atleast girls like me will think twice before getting in to bad relationships. i wish you wrote this 4 yrs back and i read it back then. atleast i would’ve thought twice before getting in to two very bad relationships that too one after another.. that was such a nightmare period for me.. :(( nywayz now i’m happy that i didn’t make that mistake for the third time..phew.. 🙂

  15. Jomol, honey.. that article was pure awesomeness :scream: It was SO GOOD !! But you missed out on Shiney Ahuja, Ashmit Patel, Aditya Pancholi, Brad Pitt(for breaking Jen’s heart with a wave of his hand), Jesse James(Sandra Bullock’s unfaithful, disgusting excuse for a husband) and of course, the king of good times TIGER WOODS

  16. Excellent post jamol…. I wud like to add to d list- d one n only salman khan…. Whilea lot of women do drool over him it turns out dat he is unsuccessful in keeping any of them. An overposseive freak n physically n emotionaly abusing women at d drop of hat ( remember when he pushed aishwariya down d stairs or slapped Katrina publicly in a cafe *shock*) he is d kind of menu should spray pepper spray on n run…. No wonder he’s still single n will die single

  17. A good and well researched article. But I have one issue. George Bernard Shaw was one of the biggest feminists in his times. He was a champion for women’s cause. Most of his plays and essays deal with women’s issues and putting them in a light where they are portrayed as strong characters and not a weaker sex, as depicted in popular romantic ideologies, which were popular in his times. A woman would be highly pleased to have a man like him in her life. Dont forget, that he received his noble prize and academy award for Pygmalion (film’s name was changed to “my fair lady”) which again is an endeavour to portray women as equal to men. And your point on his criticizing everyone and everything. Well, he was a professional critic…a kind of social critic. That was his work so nothing wrong with it. Come on, its ok to talk against men who are down right abusers but he cannot be included in this list at any cost.
