I picked this cleanser and a complexion perfection cream from this brand which I have already reviewed here. So, let’s start with the review of this acne wash from AcneFree.

My Experience with AcneFree Daily Skin Therapy Acne Wash
Packaging: The cleanser comes in an inverted white coloured tube with an orange cap. It has all the instructions written over it. The tube is pretty handy to carry too and does not cause any leakage as the cap closes with a click. But, the consistency is super runny, and so the inverted packaging is not ideal for it as a lot of product comes out, and I have to be really careful. Yes, the price is higher as compared to the specific brands but this one does work well, and so it is worth the money. It also contains salicylic acid which is ideal for acne-prone skin.
Consistency, smell and feel on the skin: The cleanser looks more like a clear gel and is super runny in consistency, which can be an issue when you pour it onto your palms. I always end up getting more quantity than needed, but now I have learned the trick. Also, the smell is very calm and soothing. It smells icy, cool and breezy which is perfect for the summers. In fact, I can actually smell menthol. The moment I started to wash my face, it gave me a burst of cooling sensation and I was so happy. I love how this is perfect for summers. I have been using this for 3 months now. It is very gentle on the skin, lathers well and does not irritate my skin either.
Results: Yes, I could see my skin looking clearer with every passing day. Every time, I wash my face with this, my skin starts to look a lot healthier and it washes away all the oil. During summers, the sebum gets controlled really well for the next 4 hours after the wash. I have not seen any acne popping up on my face which used to happen earlier, so I am glad that it does prevent acne. But it does not control hormonal acne. Every time, I do get pimples during my periods and it cannot control that. But overall, I am very happy with how it prevents acne and it also fades away the hormonal acne pretty quickly too.
