Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray Review

I love trying out different kinds of deodorant sprays. In fact, when my friends gift me a bottle of some heavenly smelling fragrance, I love it. Today, I am going to review a deodorant spray which I received as a gift. Without wasting any more time, let me go straight to the review!

Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray.

Price:

Rs. 200 for 150 ml.

Shelf Life:

3 years.

Ingredients:

Butane-Isobutene-Propane, Alcohol Denat, Fragrance (Parfum), Propylene Glycol, Triethyl Citrate, Butylphenyl, Methylpropional Farnesol, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Columarin.

Directions For Use:

Hold the can 15 cm/6 inches from body and spray.

Caution (as mentioned on the bottle):  Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50˚C. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on naked flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply on irritated on broken skin. If rash develops, discontinue use. Keep away from eyes. Not for intimate hygiene use. Use only as directed.  Extremely inflammable.

My Experience with Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray:

Actually, I received this deo spray quite many months back, during the last summers. It comes in a sporty looking, cool, green-colored bottle with a green cap and top-push button. It was the first time I ever got to try out any product from the Adidas fragrance range for women and I was happy!

I started using it soon after I got this gift of mine. The fragrance is mild. It has floral notes, quite true to its name. The top-push button is easy to use and the content comes out evenly without any difficulty. There was no feeling of irritation, burning sensation or outbreak of rashes involved.

However, I found it quite unsuitable for use during summers. The staying power being rather short-lived, this deodorant offered protection against body odour for a maximum of 3 hours. I think it would be better if used during winter days.

Pros of Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray:

• The fragrance is very mild and pleasant, with floral notes. Naturally, it is never strong to your senses.
• It is easily available, both online and offline.
• Packaging is good. The cap is as tight as it should be and the top-push button is convenient to use.
• Cute packaging as the bottle comes in a lovely shade of green.
• It caused no rashes or irritation.
• The caution, directions to use and ingredient list are clearly mentioned.

Cons of Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray:

• The staying power is not long. It hardly stays beyond 2 to 3 hours.
• It doesn’t have that citrusy freshness, which I love when it comes to floral scents.
• It does not prevent sweating of underarms.
• It isn’t so good during the hot summer months if you have a tendency of developing body odour.

Final Say on Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray:

All in all, I found this deodorant a so-so product from the house of Adidas (Cavinkare). At Rs. 200 for a pack of 150 ml, I think I expected a bit more, as far as the staying power is concerned.

Would I Repurchase Adidas Floral Dream Perfumed Deodorant Spray?

I do not mind trying out the other variants of the Adidas range, but I wouldn’t quite like to get hold of another bottle of the Floral Dream deodorant bottle.
