Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask Ingredients

My Experience with Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask:

I was so blinded by Ahava products that I shopped for too many of them. After using quite a few products over a period of time, I would like to conclude that not all products from Ahava are worth it. The face wash was great; face masks are really average.

Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask Tube

This mask comes in a medium sized tube with proper product description. The packaging has earthy colors and looks elegant. I prefer to use face masks once or twice a week. The face mask is gel-like in consistency. When applied on the face it provides a cooling effect. I would prefer to apply it on a warm day or when my skin is irritated to soothe it.

Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask Back

A coloring agent has been used in this product and I do not see the need to add such ingredients. This was a turn-off. It is advised to keep the mask for 10 minutes and then wash it off. I keep it a little longer so that my skin has enough time to reap its benefits.

Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask Cap

Let’s come to the most important claim – skin lift. I do not think face lift or skin lift can be achieved by using topical products. If that was the case there would be no botox. The product definitely soothes the skin and also makes it supple, soft and slightly radiant. But for this, the cost is really not fair. One can achieve such results by using less expensive creams or masks.

Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask Swatch

As you can see from the ingredient list most of the items are plant extracts. Hence, I prefer to use it on my sensitive skin. But I can achieve the same results with other products too. Even though there is added fragrance it does not smell pleasant. I feel it smells like castor oil. It’s not a must-have or a ‘wow’ product.

Pros of Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask:

• Makes skin soft, smooth and radiant
• Easy to apply and rinse off
• Easy to use
• Paraben free
• SLS/SELS free
• Allergy tested

Cons of Ahava Extreme Radiance Lifting Mask:

• Expensive
• Added color and fragrance
• Tested on animals
• No skin lift effect
• Not a pleasant fragrance

IMBB Rating: 3/5
