My Experience with Alba Botanica Good & Clean Toxin Release Scrub:
Packaging: The scrub comes in a white packaging paired with pink. It looks very attractive and cute. It has an inverted packaging which is why I don’t have to squeeze the tube a lot. The tube is a fat and a medium-sized one which is very handy and sits nicely on my shower shelf too. It has pretty fonts over it and all the details mentioned at the back. It has a small nozzle which lets out the needed quantity of scrub. A very little quantity is required at once. The price is considerably high as compared to other drugstore scrubs but it is totally worth the money spent.
Consistency, smell and feel on the skin: The scrub comes in a peachy brown colour with loads of small granules in it. The granules initially looked very small to me because I do not like gentle scrubs but when I used it for the first time, I got to feel how amazingly these small scrubby-bits work. It is thick but goes very smooth on my skin. It does not irritate my skin; rather it feels pretty soothing on my face. It smells absolutely fruity and citrusy which totally revives the senses and freshens me up. So whenever I feel tired, I wash my face with this. This is pretty gentle to be used every-day.
Results: The scrub instantly smoothens out my skin brilliantly and I love the way it works for my skin. My skin feels very smooth, baby soft and super healthy. It cleans out all the dirt and impurities from my skin and even the basic makeup. I use it every day and it ensures that it cleans my nose area removing all the blackheads/whiteheads. My nose area is very smooth and it cleanses the gunk around the nose area which in turn prevents clogged pores leading to whiteheads. My skin feels instantly bright and fresh and this scrub gives me a perfect canvas for makeup application. My complexion looks radiant and prolonged use makes my skin look healthy, fresh and bright!
