Today, I am reviewing a shampoo from Alterna’s Caviar Repair RX range. I have previously reviewed the conditioner from the same range. Read on to know whether this shampoo is worth all the hype.

My Experience Alterna Caviar Repair Rx Instant Recovery Shampoo:
It has the same hourglass packaging as the conditioner. The name of the brand and product name are printed on the bottle.
As I have already mentioned in the Alterna conditioner review, I have fine and damaged hair, so I always look out for shampoos that reduce the damage without taking away volume and I am really glad that unlike the conditioner (from Alterna), I like this shampoo.

I have been using this shampoo since the last 15 to 20 days and I am seeing great results. This shampoo has a thick, translucent and slight runny consistency.
Unlike OUAI shampoo, this Alterna shampoo lathers up well and just a little amount is needed every time. It leaves my hair smooth, easy to work with, and hair ends look less damaged. This also gives shine to my dull-looking hair and makes them soft, smooth and voluminous, which I love. In the past, I have used Percy and Reed, label m, Rene Furtere, Aveda, and Tigi shampoos, but none of them worked for my hair the way this Alterna shampoo has. This shampoo also smells amazing, but I like the fragrance of Ouai one better. This is a perfect shampoo for people with dry, damaged hair.
