My Experience with Alverde Ultra Sensitive Shampoo:
This shampoo comes in a very sturdy packaging. The bottle looks rectangular and has a flap lid. The bottle is white in colour with a picture of a feather. The cap opens and closes easily. The bottle can stand upside down so that the shampoo is readily available for usage. The packaging is quite different which makes it unique and attractive.
The bottle contains 200 ml of product. The whole packaging is quite sturdy and perfect for travelling. The only problem is that the shampoo does not have an accompanying conditioner. The shampoo is completely transparent and looks like a gel. The product is also fragrance-free. The shampoo is targeted to people with allergies, hence the name ‘Ultra Sensitive’.
This shampoo foams up slightly less than other Alverde shampoos. Due to this fact, I tend to use more of it. One has to consciously use a little less. The product also washes off easily. After the hair wash, the hair feels very clean. Even though it not harsh, it does work well in getting rid of sweat and dirt. Since it’s so mild I use it on my kids too.
I would also recommend it to pregnant women who are very sensitive to fragrances. Just using the shampoo would surely leave the hair dry and frizzy. Since the conditioner is not available in the same line, I use some other regular conditioner. I wish there were a corresponding conditioner – a very mild and organic one.
The shampoo does not offer any kind of moisturising effect or additional oils in it to nourish the hair. The shampoo does not help in getting rid of dandruff and it does not prevent hair damage or hair fall. Overall, it’s a good shampoo to clean the hair but does not offer anything more than that. It’s perfect for people with allergies or people who are sensitive to fragrances.

Yes, I would, but for my kids. I personally need a more nourishing shampoo.

If you are allergic, or sensitive to fragrances (while being pregnant) then you can give this a try. It’s all organic and affordable.
