I recently read very good reviews of the brand Alverde on IMBB and decided to pick a few for myself. There were so many options available that I picked up a lot of products from the range. I picked up most of them that were already reviewed because, it was a new brand. Few of them were yet to be reviewed and today’s review is all about Alverde Volume Shampoo. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Alverde Volume Shampoo:
The product comes in a rectangular white sturdy plastic bottle. Since it has even flat surface you can place it however you want. The cap is green in color and has a design made such a way that it will ease the opening of the flip cap. The cap closes with a click and this makes the product travel-friendly. Also, there is no leakage when kept on the shelf too. The package is pretty basic. The product comes unsealed and since the main ingredient is Bamboo and Mint you have the picture of them on the bottle. There is information of the product on the back but, everything is in German!
The shampoo is clear and has a gel like consistency. However, it is a little runny. The product is organic and has a weird ayurvedic kind of smell which feels nothing like Bamboo or mint. I personally do not like the smell but luckily, it stays only it has been washed off. The smell for me is off putting. I would have never predicted that the shampoo would smell like that.
I have limp hair and I always pick up products that claim to add volume to the hair and this one was also one of those choices. The shampoo lathers very well and if not oiled, a little product is enough to achieve a good cleanse. I had used almond oil and I noticed that the shampoo cleanses the oil thoroughly and a second wash is not needed. The shampoo when applied adds a freshness to the scalp. It feels a little cool and gets rid of any dirt or grime. I didn’t find a matching conditioner and I decided to skip conditioning to see how it would fare. When I towel dried my hair, I noticed that there were some tangles, but I could get rid of them easily by combing. The shampoo added immense healthy shine to my hair which is a plus. I absolutely love the radiance.
The product hydrates the hair even though it is not conditioned and also makes my hair feel very soft and smooth. The product doesn’t cause any irritation. I also noticed that there was fewer frizz comparatively. However, I noticed that I had more static in my hair than usual and was prone to little shocks here and there. I used the shampoo twice and it was the same. Also, the product does contain Sulfates. I think there is something that makes this. The product is claimed to be organic and I like it that way. I used to shell out a lot on organic products and this affordable product can be a big welcome move to my daily care routine. So, summing up.
