Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo Review

Hi all,

Hope all of you are basking in the warmth of the festive season. The coming of October-November means a heavy dose of festivals in India and those who stay away are missing all the actions the only places that are lively are the temples and the community events where all the people gather and celebrate.

Today I have come up with a review for a cleansing shampoo from Aussie that also mends. I have had a product buildup on my scalp form using volume adding products and this came as a pleasant rescue.

For a super quick clean, work through wet hair, then rinse away.

My Experience with Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I do like using new products as body wash, shampoo and lotions the only thing that remains constant is my face moisturizer, I don’t mess with it 😛

This particular shampoo is a recent drugstore find which I needed to clean off my itchy and irritated scalp. The shampoo is decently priced with 400ml worth of product in it and that goes a long way. I use it every 3-4 days in shower and apply it using luke warm water and lather it to cleanse every bit of the hair strand. The shampoo has a fruity smell and it really makes the cleansing routine more interesting. This keeps my hair smelling fresh for a good 2-3 days.

The downside of this shampoo is that it strips my hair of moisture and makes it dry and super frizzy so I can’t even imagine to skip the conditioner. I use the Aussie miracle moist conditioner to add back the moisture and …yayy…I have super clean and full of volume as well as soft hair. I will be buying more of it as this does the job of de-greasing the hair so much more worthy.

Pros of Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

• Affordability.
• Clean citrus scent.
• Deep cleans hair and scalp.
• Lot of product for the price.

Cons of Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

• Makes hair dry so using a conditioner is mandatory.
