Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner Review

Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner

Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner

I was cleaning my bathroom cabinet and buried in the very back was this bottle of Aussie conditioner. I had purchased it around 4 months back I guess, and after one use it has been lying unnoticed in the corner. Well there is a reason for that. Read on for my review on the Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner.

My Experience with Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner

I have frizzy hair which goes wild without proper care. A good conditioner or serum will take care of it though. So you will find loads of hair care products in my cabinet. I had picked up the Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner after noticing lots of ads in the London tubes. A few months back every other tube had ads by Aussie and it was hard not to get tempted. I found it in Sainsbury’s during my weekly shop and took the conditioner as I already had loads of different shampoos.

The bottle is sturdy and in a cream and purple combination which I like. I am a bit biased towards purple 🙂 Its a press top lid – press at one end and the other ends is lifted up allowing you to squeeze out the conditioner. The conditioner is a very very pale blue in colour and thicker in consistency than my Pantene conditioner. It looked more like a serum. It is easy to apply and wash off. It did not tame my frizzy hair as well as it claims. I had imagined totally tame hair, but this was below my expectations. Many other normal conditioners would tame my hair better than this. It did not work for me.
But that was not the reason, I did not use this ever again. The main reason was the SMELL. I have never smelt a more stinky conditioner ever. Its hard to describe the smell. If you have been to the small post offices in rural India, you will notice that they keep a brown coloured gum for customers to use. This conditioner smells like that or maybe more worse than that. I know the product has Australian Blue Gum leaves extract, but couldnt they have masked that smell and added something more pleasant?

Well, this one is definitely not for me. After lying unused for months, its going to the bin.

Price:
I dont remember the price exactly as it was brought sometime during Christmas. However it shoudl be in the range of £3-4.

Cons of Aussie Frizz Miracle Conditioner
