This is my third review article on IMBB and I am so exhilarated that FINALLY!, I am a part of the wonderful IMBB family. I have been a silent reader and admirer of IMBB for the past 4 years and now that I am writing for this very famous blog, I feel so complete đ Anyway, without any more ranting, letâs get into the review of my current favourite hand cream which happens to be the Aveeno Active Naturals Positively Ageless Skin Strengthening Hand Cream….so many words!
I am always wandering around the skin care and makeup aisles of Walmart to find out any newbies. This is when I came across this hand cream. The words that most intrigued me were “skin strengthening.” We have heard of âskin firmingâ, âskin tightening,” but “skin strengtheningâ?? I knew I had to give it a try!

My Experience with Aveeno Active Naturals Positively Ageless Skin Strengthening Hand Cream:
My skin type is extremely oily and occasionally acne prone, but that’s just the skin on my face! My hands are absolutely dry and parched. Being a cleanliness freak, I keep washing my hands every now and then and this only adds up to the dryness of my hands. This baby from Aveeno is an anti-ageing hand cream and since our hands show the first signs of ageing, I decided to give it a try!
Packaging: I love the packaging of this product since it is a squishy small tube of 76 ml. This is the perfect size of a hand cream according to me as you can take it along with you on the go. The body of the tube is matte (I love to keep touching it) and has a flip top cap. I really appreciate the flip top cap as opposed to the screw cap because I always tend to drop the screw caps and it rolls to a spot where I can never locate it in my life! All in all, the beige-ish tube with a solid brown cap looks amazing.
Texture: This cream has a fairly thick texture which melts into the skin when it comes in contact. It is extremely smooth and spreads on the hands very well. It is by no means greasy, yet very hydrating. What else can one ask for in a hand cream!
Smell: Now, comes the feature I like the best â the fragrance!! It has a beautiful mild floral fragrance which gives an illusion of smelling like a bouquet of flowers. I kid you not, the fragrance is totally mesmerising.
Longevity: It stays on my hands for legit 3-4 hours or until I wash them again. No other hand cream except the Kiehlâs Ultimate Hand Cream has done that for me, not to mention the Kiehlâs one is way more expensive.
Quality: The overall quality of this product is fantastic. If you have a sensitive nose and find TBS, BBWs and Lush hand creams very overpowering, then this is going to be your next favourite!

Cons of Aveeno Active Naturals Positively Ageless Skin Strengthening Hand Cream:
- Not too sure of the anti-ageing claim, although it did make my hands very smooth and soft.
- Long list of scary sounding chemicals.
- Availability in India.

Absolutely! I do recommend this baby to everyone who likes soft and moisturized hands. Even if I find other products that I like, I will still repurchase this because itâs awesome. This is my hand-bag hand cream!
