Using an eye cream has become an essential part of my CTM routine. Today, I will be reviewing this Avon solutions total radiance eye gel which I am using currently. I bought this around a month back (even showed this in my Avon shopping haul post). I have been using this, twice a day, for more than a month now and I guess the time is ripe to review it 🙂
P.S.This review is especially for Dear Jomol who wanted to know how this works and Raunaq urff fly girl 😀 – who’s been searching for an eye cream since long.

Total Radiance Eye Gel
SPF 15 provides 15 times higher sun protection. Skin looks brighter and clearer. In 1 week: Under-eye area is brightened and the appearance of dark circles is visibly reduced.

My Experience With Avon Solutions Eye Gel
I have been using this eye gel twice a day, after my CTM routine & I really like it. I can apply it under my eyes & go out too as its barely noticeable 😀 . The other eye creams I have used prior to this would make my under eye area, extremely greasy/shiny that my area would visibly stand out . This eye gel is extremely light weight and gets absorbed within a jiffy. It is mentioned, that the eye gel is fragrance free but it still, has a faint smell, probably of all the ingredients in it. Coming to how it works on me, ok, I don’t have really bad dark circles , but I do get puffy eyes because of my disturbed sleep cycle .Using this eye gel has really helped me with dealing with my slight dark circles & within 2-3 weeks I could notice my eye area getting better than before. I have to admit that I like this over the Oriflame seeing is believing eye cream which is two times more expensive than this. This is more of a budget product & not something really luxurious, but till the time its working, I don’t mind.:) 🙂

Pros of Avon Solutions Eye Gel
• Works well on decreasing puffy eyes/ eye bags
• Improves under eye area within 2-3 weeks of regular usage
• Very light weight & gets absorbed quickly
• Decent price for the quantity. Even if I use it daily, I am sure it will last me for another 2-3 months.
• Is hypoallergenic, fragrance free
Cons of Avon Solutions Eye Gel
• The packaging- it’s a small glass pot and I need to dip in my fingers to use it. I wish it came in tube type packaging.
• Not sure how would it work on extreme dark circles
• Contains methyl parabens
• Available via Avon agents only.
Will I buy it again- yes yes, of course. But not immediately after this gets over. After this is all used up, I have plans to get the aroma magic under eye cream 🙂

If you wear glasses like I do, dark circles are guaranteed! This sounds like a good option. Does it work for all skin types?
i do wear glasses shai…. but i make sure to splash my eyes wid water if i hav to wrk a lot on the comp./use my glasses for long…
i hav sensetive-oily-combi skin… works for me 🙂 i dnt think skin typ wud be an issue while using this 🙂

This sounds good to me :waytogo: I don’t have heavy dark circles but more like very fine skin cos of which my veins show through. I like the fact that its not too expensive and works! I don’t know what to pick up- this or AM almond one 😐

ankita, even i noticed dat my veins r visible on the under eye are ..i went to this eye specialist to knw if its something bad 😐 he told me that some ppl hav really thin skin under d eyes thats y the veins r visible.. u cant do much abt it 😐
