Ayur Neem and Tulsi Face Wash Review

Ayur Neem and Tulsi Face Wash

Hello lovely ladies,

Today I will review a face wash from Ayur, called Neem Tulsi face wash. As we know the enriching qualities of both neem and tulsi on our skin, this one was worth try. I was skeptical on buying this one, but got this while I was travelling for a small holiday, forgot to carry any cleanser or face wash. When I spotted this at the local shop there, it was like a savior 🙂 so let’s see how whether this product served right or not.

My Take on Ayur Neem and Tulsi Face Wash:

This face wash comes in a regular common white tube. The product is white and clear transparent gel like. It lathers decently, but lesser in comparison to other face washes. The smell is yuck, eeewwwww smells of bitter neem and karela. cleaning part is good, cleans the face thoroughly. All dirt, grime is gone in one go. But remove make-up only after using baby oil, make-up remover etc and then wash the face. Thank God I was carrying wet tissues to take out make-up, otherwise this face wash alone would have fallen short.
The face seems oil free for 3-4 hours ( I have combination skin). Seems good for night use, face will remain fresh and oil free, in case you do not apply any night cream. This product can serve well for travel, as it is quite handy and fits easily in a small handbag. The biggest turn-off is the smell, for which I will not like to buy it again.

I do not know about the anti-fungal action, as it doesn’t show up on the skin. So can’t comment on that front.

Pros of Ayur Neem and Tulsi Face Wash:

• Inexpensive.
• Cleans thoroughly.
• Handy and travel friendly.

Cons of Ayur Neem and Tulsi Face Wash:

• Bitter smell.
• Doesn’t lather much.
• Insufficient for make-up removal.
