I like the brand Balea for its inexpensive and great products. I had picked up a lot of their masks and have been trying to use them all one at a time. Today’s review is all about Balea Clear and Nourishing Pee-Ooff Mask. Read on to know more.

Product Description:
Clearing the skin effectively: the Balea peel-off mask with apricot extract gently removes dead skin particles, soiling and sebum deposits by removing the dried mask, while at the same time leaving your skin feeling smooth. Panthenol calms the skin and promotes its recovery. The formulation with witch hazel, apricot extract and royal jelly refreshes and invigorates the skin.

Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Polyvinyl Alcohol, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Royal Jelly, Parfum, Hamamelis Virginiana Water, Glycerin, Alcohol, Prunus Armeniaca Fruit Extract, Pantolactone, Potassium Sorbate, Caramel, Citric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Maltodextrin.

My Experience withBalea Clear and Nourishing Peel-Off Mask:

Packaging: The mask comes in a sachet package. There are two 8ml pouches. Each pouch has enough contents for a complete usage on face and neck. There is all the necessary information on the back of the sachet. The sleek pouch makes it easier to travel. The concept of “clear and nourishing” made me pick this one up.

The peel-off mask has a gel like texture and is thick. The mask is transparent and has a sticky consistency. The product kind of sticks onto your fingers too and you need to apply the mask soon in order to prevent stickiness. I use a brush, because I do not like sticky fingers. The smell is a bit pungent and feels like alcohol. It is a bit strong and I hate it about the mask!

The mask can be easily spread across the face and has to be peeled after 10-15 minutes, but it takes around 20-25 minutes to dry completely. Once dried, it can be easily peeled out in a single piece. The mask irritates the skin and the eyes till it dries, due to the alcohol stench. When peeled off, the mask removes the whiteheads and pulls out some tiny hairs too. The mask does make the skin very soft and smooth. It cleanses the skin completely and thoroughly cleanses the skin from within. The mask also removes any dry flakes present on the face. The mask is not very hydrating and doesn’t provide any nourishing effects. The skin needs a little bit of moisturization after the peeling. The product removes any oiliness and sebum on the skin and controls its production for a long period of time. The product contains witch hazel and could be a great choice for oily and acne-prone skin. The pores also look very refined and cleansed. The product gently exfoliates the skin and is a good one.
