I use cleansing milk to remove makeup. I feel cleansing milk products are gentle; they not only remove makeup properly but also nourish the skin. Let’s see how Balea Gentle Cleansing Milk with Apricot Kernel Oil fared.

My Experience with Balea Gentle Cleansing Milk with Apricot Kernel Oil:
The packaging is not special. It comes in a typical white plastic bottle. It has a flap lid which opens and closes easily. The whole packaging is very sturdy. There are a few details written on the back of the bottle. The product is milky white in color. The consistency is flowy but not very liquidy. It can be compared to the liquid body cream consistency.
I don’t like the fragrance of this body milk. It’s difficult to explain the fragrance but my nose doesn’t like it. Of course, it does not smell bad but I feel it’s a little overpowering, especially after washing the product off. It’s difficult to notice the smell while using the product, but once you wash it off, it leaves an unpleasant scent. It doesn’t last long, though.
I am never excited about makeup removal. I got this product hoping it would motivate me to use it. Here is how I use it: I wet a cotton pad slightly and squeeze out a coin-sized amount of product on it. Then I apply it all over my face in circular motion. I apply a little on my eyelids and wait for it to work. In the end, I wipe out the product from my face and eyes.
After this step, I wash my face with a face wash and water. I never use waterproof products but this product is suitable for waterproof mascara. I have sensitive skin and the product doesn’t cause any kind of irritation or redness when used. It’s suitable for all skin types. The product also doesn’t dry out the skin.
The product is good at removing makeup. I was surprised that my eye makeup was 99% gone. There is always a little bit of eyeliner or mascara hiding in between or on the lashes. I am never able to 100% remove the makeup with this product. My skin feels moisturized after washing the face. Overall, it’s a very affordable product which is quite good at removing makeup.
