I love body lotions and have different varieties for every occasion. I have dry skin, but since summers are in, I was looking for something light. I came across this lotion from Balea and today’s review is all about Balea Light Body Lotion for Normal Skin. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Balea Light Body Lotion:
Balea Light Body Lotion comes in a white plastic bottle with a light blue cap. I like the design of the bottle and the flip cap is very convenient to use. The gap between the flip cap makes it easier to lift the lid up for dispensing the liquid. The bottle is bulky and is not perfect for travelling.
There is information on the back of the bottle, but unfortunately, it is all in German! There is no leakage from the bottle and the cap closes with a click. The lotion comes unsealed. The lotion is white and has a creamy texture. The lotion has a gel-like consistency, which is neither runny nor thick.
The lotion is very light and melts into the skin. It gets absorbed without leaving any greasy residue. The smell is very pleasant and fresh. It smells a bit like Nivea Soft Cream to me. When applied to the skin, you can feel a boost of freshness. There is no itchiness or redness, thus making the product suitable for sensitive skin too.
The lotion, when being massaged, clears all the dryness and provides a moisturised and healthy looking skin. The lotion makes the skin very smooth and soft. The skin is nourished for more than 6 hours and this is a plus because I have very dry skin. The lotion is a perfect choice for summers.
It is very light and you can hardly feel it on the skin. It feels like a moisturising gel rather than a thick cream. The product doesn’t contain any silicone or sulphate. The product is not apt for the harsh winters, though. The product is tailor made for normal skin and is perfect.
The product also soothes waxed skin. The lotion contains Vitamin E and Sunflower oils and you can expect some long term benefits. I have no complaints from the lotion. It is inexpensive, and for the quantity, you can blindly pick it up.
