My Experience with Balea Soft and Clear Cleansing Wipes:
The wipes smell very clean and fresh. The smell reminds me of the hospital disinfectant. It’s definitely not very strong and overwhelming. I prefer this smell to strong, artificially perfumed ones. Products with artificial fragrance are not good for sensitive skin, after all. I have sensitive skin, hence lesser the ingredients the better it is.
I have dry and sensitive skin and this wipe gets rid of all the makeup without drying out my skin. The product does not cause any kind of redness, breakout or irritation to my sensitive skin. The size of the wipe is double the size of my palm. The wipe has a built-in texture to it and is not a smooth wipe. I like such wipes as I feel they help in removing makeup even more effectively.
The wipes are moist enough to work with. In case I feel the wipe is a little too dry then I sprinkle a few drops of water and then use it. It works just fine. I use the same trick if I haven’t used the wipes in a long time and they have become a little dry.
One wipe is sufficient enough to remove the complete face and neck makeup. I use both sides and every corner. The material of the wipe feels very tender to the skin. The material is elastic and doesn’t tear during usage. The wipe is moist, but not dripping wet. I have tested it on both water soluble and waterproof makeup.
I normally use a cotton pad and cleansing milk to remove eye makeup first and then use wipes all over the face, including eyes. I use a face wash and water and finally wash my face. This gets rid of all makeup and keeps my face free of breakouts. I totally recommend this product as it’s very effective in removing makeup without drying out or irritating the skin.
