My Experience with Balea Vital Gentle Facial Toner:
As we know, toner helps to restore pH balance of the skin after cleansing. I have noticed that my skin has improved a lot and have almost no breakouts after using toners. So, I use some kind of toner every night after removing my makeup. Also, the toners help to combat breakouts which are usually caused by sweat, sunscreen and the dirt clogging the pores.
The Balea vital toner comes in a tall plastic bottle with a flap lid. The bottle is cream in color and the lid is reddish in color. There are details written behind the bottle. The flap lid opens and closes easily and tightly. So, it’s absolutely safe to travel with it. But since it contains 200ml, it might be a little too big to carry around. I would prefer carrying in a smaller bottle.
The fragrance is pleasant and not so overwhelming. I have no problems with the fragrance. The texture of the product is like water and it is transparent.
I normally remove my makeup and wash my face with face wash. Then, I tap dry with a towel and use the toner on face. I soak the cotton pad with toner and rub it all over the face, neck and décolleté.
Sometimes if the skin is very dry, it gets a little burning. This happens only during very cold months. The pores look small after use and once the toner dries, I apply a night cream before going to bed. One can also use it in the morning, but I do not have the time for it. So, I used to skip it.
Overall, it’s a good toner which is not expensive and works well in keeping breakouts at bay.
