My Experience with Banjara’s Multani + Orange Oil Clearing Exfoliating Face Wash:
This face wash is one of those unique combinations that are hard to find and I am glad I did. The face wash from Banjara’s come in an inverted tube in white and bright candy orange. It has a flip open cap which isn’t that tight too.
The face wash is pretty light weight too so can be carried around with ease. The cost is great and cheap for the quantity it offers. It has a really nice combination of orange and fuller’s earth I which orange gives a subtle glow which fuller’s earth takes away all the oil from the skin. The face wash comes in a bright orange colour and I think it is a gel-based formula because it is thick and gooey. The consistency is thick hence can be massaged very well on the skin to get rid of all the dirt. As soon as I open the cap, a strong and heavenly zesty orange fragrance is released which smells exactly like fanta – juicy and fruity.
The face wash is gentle to the skin yet it contains some beads that will exfoliate the skin in a gentle way too. Hence everyday exfoliation and cleansing can be done at once. My face feels really soft and supple after washing. A subtle glow is added which isn’t very noticeable; it is just that it removes the dark and dull cells and hence the skin-tone looks better than usual. It does not make the skin any brighter or fairer; it just cleans the skin. Yes it helped me with tan because my skin tone looked better with all darkness one away.
Fuller’s earth has a very good property to reduce and absorb oil and it did excellently. The moment I wash my face, all the oil is gone. And that is really helpful because more the oil secretion; more the break-outs. And in addition fuller’s earth usually dries up the skin but gladly this face wash does not. Hence I can use this and get the benefits of fuller’s earth too. This one is great for oily skin but beware dry skin; it might just worsen the issue.
Pros of Banjara’s Multani + Orange Oil Clearing Exfoliating Face Wash:
• Affordable and attractive bright orange packaging
• The tube is handy and convenient to use
• The formula is gel-based and it contains little exfoliating beads which make it a scrub cum face wash
• The beads are not harsh but clean the skin well; hence can be used daily too
• The formula is very refreshing and the fragrance is like fanta – very juicy and fruity of zesty oranges
• It completely takes away all the oil from my face leaving my skin clean
• It did help me with the tan as my face did not look really dull like it used to be
• It did not dry out my skin because when I apply fuller’s earth my skin does become dry and stretchy; but glad I can reap the benefits of fuller’s earth from this face wash
Cons of Banjara’s Multani + Orange Oil Clearing Exfoliating Face Wash:
• The claim “Flawless complexion” is not true; it does not make the skin clear completely
• The formula might further dry up the already dry skin
• Availability is a little limited
Will I Repurchase/Recommend Banjara’s Multani + Orange Oil Clearing Exfoliating Face Wash?
Yes I might because it is a decent face wash and the orange fragrance is extremely refreshing and makes the skin glowing and soft. It is recommended for oily skin ☺ For dry skin, a big no!
Face washes with orange have always proved to be beneficial for oily skin; so if you to pick some fruity face washes; then look out for orange and lemons!
