Bare Essentials Dry Brush Review

Bare Essentials Dry Brush

Hi all,

I have been telling everyone at Miss Fit about benefits about Dry Brushing. Even at IMBB we have certain articles about the same. The other day I told Sahiba that Dry Brushes are available with Bare Essentials or even TBS. Dry brushes are a unique way of detoxifying, it helps in getting rid of cellulite. It promotes blood circulation (read glowing skin)  *hihi*

Bare Essentials Dry Brush
Let me tell you how this one fares:

About the product:

For extra clean skin, brush your body every day before you get into the bath or shower. This will help shed dead skin cells and other forms of surface dirt. Dry skin brushing is also thought to be effective in the battle against cellulite as it boosts the lymphatic drainage system into action, breaking down toxins that have become trapped in fat cells. It should take five minutes to brush your whole body, and subsequently your skin will feel smooth and invigorated; if your skin begins to feel sore and rough, you are probably brushing too hard.

The bare essentials brush is simply superb, power packed with soft natural bristles. It is very useful for those facing dry skin issues. Also, health freaks can get a detoxifying blood circulation. I get no redness, rashes by using this brush on the skin.
The Dry Brush is so user friendly. It does not require any expertise. The brush is also travel friendly; it breaks into two halves and can be put back into place after using. I have stopped separating it, since I have stopped travelling. But it is effective to separate them and squeeze in your suitcase. Yes, I follow my regime while travelling also. I once in a while sanitize my brush using some antiseptic liquid immersed in water.I recommend this to all who wish to try dry brushing.
