Bare Essentials Nail Polish Remover Pads Review

Bare+Essentials+Nail+Polish+Remover+Pads+Review

Last week I had reviewed the Hip Hop Nail Polish Remover Wipes.  Nail polish remover wipes are a must-have for nail polish addicts who change their nail paints every day.  These wipes are completely hassle free and easy to use.  I am reviewing today Bare Essentials Nail Polish Remover Pads and will tell you if they are better from Hip Hop ones.

Nail Polish Remover Pads 2

Product Description:

Bare Essentials Nail Polish remover pads are very easy to use.  You just need to remove the pleasant smelling pad from the compact box and clean the nail polish.  This removes nail polish quickly without creating any mess since there is no risk of spillage.  The compact pack can be easily carried in a purse.  One pad is sufficient for all 10 finger nails.  Please close the cap immediately after taking out the pad.  Leaving the cap open may dry the remaining pads.

Ingredients:

Not mentioned, also do not know if these are acetone free.

Price:

Rs. 120 for 30 pads.

My Take on Bare Essentials Nail Polish Remover Pads:

First thing I noticed about these wipes is that they are probably half the size of Hip Hop pads.  There are 30 wipes provided in a single plastic tub.  These smell pleasant and the pads are made of very soft material.  There is no handler provided with the pack.  The wipes are not harsh not the nails and clean away nail paints from the fingers nicely and easily.  Hip Hop pads do dry nails to a certain extent, but these don’t.  If you have any cut or painful cuticles, these won’t sting them.  I can only remove the nail paint off of 5 fingers with a single pad, maybe 6, not more than that, I definitely do need one more wipe after that.  Whereas, only one Hip Hop pad is needed to remove the paint off of 10 nails.  I am guessing it might be acetone free because these wipes do not dry out nails horribly. Comparing Hip Hop with Bare Essentials Nail Polish Remover Wipes, I think I would like to keep both of them, I would not pick one over the other.  Though, Hip Hop costs only Rs. 100 for large 30 wipes, this one from Bare Essentials are mild on nails, and I wouldn’t run them down just because of that.  If you are a “serial nail polish changer” :P, I think you should get both.

  1. Unfortunately just any remover doesn’t work for me. I’ve this allergy problem which makes me reluctant to using these products. I use Oriflame Beauty Nail Polish Remover and luckily it suits me.
