Today I am going to review a blush for you all. The one is the bestseller blushes from bareMinerals Ready blush line. And I was able to  judge why it’s a bestseller blush of bareMinerals when I went to buy it. I went to Sephora and it was sold out there, then I went to bareMinrals store and it was sold out there too. The SA there told me that it’s their best selling blush so it gets sold-out very quick. I was sad after not getting it at 2 places but then I wanted it more than ever now. Luckily I found it at Macy’s and did it live up to its best selling status or not, read on to find more…

My Experinece with bareMinerals Ready Blush – The One:

The One is a nude Pink shade as explained on bareMinrals site. But I will term it as a warm peachy pink shade which looks like a very natural flush of color on the face. It has a very fine shimmer in it which is almost invisible on the skin. It just gives s a healthy warm flush of color on the face which looks apt for summers. Though for my fair to medium skin tone it takes multiple applications to show up. But after 4-5 applications it finally shows up on my skin and it does compliment my yellow undertone skin very well. For fair skin, it might be easy to build up but I don’t think it will show up on medium to dark skin tone.

It is a light blush which looks very natural still it lasts good 8-9 hours on my combination to oily skin, which is awesome. It claimed to last up to 8 hours but I was really not expecting a light blush to last that long. And after seeing the lasting powder of this blush, whatever effort I had to put to make this blush show up on me feels worth it. And on days when I use it on top of a cream blush it lasts more than 12 hours, until I myself clean it up.

It comes in a box along with a brush; it also has a mirror attached. However the brush provided feels useless, though the bristles are soft on the skin but it does not work as per my expectation, I prefer using my Vega blush brush for this. In totality, I love this blush for its shade and exceptional staying power. I highly recommend this to girls with fair and fair to medium skin tone who are looking for a long lasting blush for summers. Girls with medium to dark skin tone, I doubt if this will show up on you, still do try other shades from the range for the amazing long lasting formula it has.
