My Experience with Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Gardenia and Fresh Rain Shower Gel:
The shower gel comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with a metallic finish cap. The cap has to be pressed down to release the product. The product details are written on the bottle. The grassy green liquid looks very pretty and summery. The bottle is not leak-proof and is not a good option for travels.
The texture is similar to other shower gels from Bath and Body Works. It is a gel-based product, neither too thick nor runny. While it looks a leaf green color in bottle, it has a very mild green tint once you take it in hand. It foams well, a coin-sized amount on a loofah can thoroughly clean and refresh your body. It can also be added to bath tub, for a soothing bubble bath experience.
The scent is pleasing to senses. I can’t differentiate the notes, but I do detect some floral traces in a fresh scent. I like the fragrance, it is not overpowering or heady, but quite appealing. It fills up the bathroom with a lovely scent and lingers on for some time.
It gives a clean feeling to my skin, and doesn’t strip off moisture. Even if I use this with a warm shower, my skin doesn’t feel stretchy or dry. It looks supple and fresh. But given the cooler weather, you would definitely need a body lotion to seal in moisture.
