I am back with another aromatherapy product from Bath and Body Works Sleep range; I love sleeping 😉 who doesn’t? I have reviewed the body cream and wash previously and recently, I picked up the lotion a few weeks back as the cream was too thick for summers.

My Experience with Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Black Chamomile Sleep Body Lotion:
This lotion comes in a black color glass bottle with a pump. The aromatherapy range of products come in glass bottles which are quite bulky for travel. This one has a pump dispenser, yet when you reach the end, it’s difficult to get out the rest as the bottle is made of glass. But the logic here is that since the lotion has essential oils in it, they cannot package it in a plastic bottle as essential oils go rancid in plastic packaging. All the products from Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy range are very high quality which includes sleep, stress relief and sensual. I have used “Sensual” range of products as well as “Sleep” products, but I am yet to try the “Stress Relief” ones.
This body lotion comes in a black color matte glass bottle with a pump dispenser. The fragrance of black chamomile products is unisex and can be used by both men and women alike. I have used the body cream and the body wash from the same family, so I knew what I was getting. I love the smell and so does my husband and it does help in calming down the senses and in inducing a relaxing night sleep after a tiring day. I usually take a shower with the body wash and apply the cream just before going to bed, the smell is so nice and calming; if only I could make the readers smell it.
The body lotion has a creamy, non-sticky and spreadable texture. The body lotion has a very spreadable consistency and doesn’t make the skin sticky or greasy, it gets absorbed within a few seconds of application and keeps my skin hydrated till the next shower. The product description says it has black charcoal extract, which I am not sure how it really smells, but I definitely smell chamomile oil.
